By participating in the Beyond-Sleep mattress giveaway, you agree to abide by these official rules.

The giveaway is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

• Reside in the United States of America
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are not employees of Beyond Sleep or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.
  

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.

To enter, you must fill out and submit the required information on the Beyond Sleep Website.

Entries can be gained by following and sharing Beyond-Sleep social media platforms;  Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. One (1) entry per platform follow, one (1) entry for subscribing to the email newsletter.

The Beyond-Sleep Mattress Giveaway begins May 27th, 2024 at 00:01 Pacific Time (PT) and ends on Monday, July 8th, 2024 at 23:59 Pacific Time (PT). Only entries submitted within this timeframe will be considered.

A Winner will be randomly selected and announced by Monday July, 8th. Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, if winner does not contact the notifier within 48 hours, winner forfeits their prize to the next contestant drawn, until claimed. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entrants.  Winner will not be eligible for other Beyond Sleep giveaways for a period of 12 months after acceptance of prize.

The prize is one (1) free Beyond-Sleep VibraSonic Queen mattress with Performance Adjustable Bed Base, including free shipping.  The prize as defined is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives.   

Winner will be responsible for any associated taxes above $600 and will be required to fill out the IRS 1099 form before the organizer will process shipment of the prize.  Failure to fill the IRS 1099 will result in forfeiture of the prize, with no exceptions.

Winners will be notified via email or text no later than Friday, July 12th, 2024.

By entering, participants agree to allow Beyond-Sleep to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Beyond-Sleep reserves the right to make changes to these rules if necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration.  The arbitration will occur in Jessamine County, Ky and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold Beyond-Sleep harmless from any liabilities arising from your participation in the giveaway.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by Beyond Sleep.
